A Lifetime of Learning, Leadership, and Legacy
My name is Anthony Abumere Omokhodion, though many know me as Tony. For over 40 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of education, enterprise, and social impact—across Nigeria, the UK, Côte d’Ivoire, DRC, and Southern Africa.
I’ve built schools, advised migrants, mentored professionals, and pioneered sustainable farms. I believe education should be accessible, enterprise should uplift, and policy should serve people.
Whether in a rural classroom or a UK legal office, I’ve spent my life equipping others to stand tall, think wide, and act boldly.
Some Highlights:
🏫 Excell International School (Nigeria) – Founded a $1-a-day school for underserved youth delivering the British National Curriculum
🌿 Excell Africa Farms (Nigeria & Côte d’Ivoire) – Leading sustainable and ecological farming education since 2017
🏢 Bison Management (UK) – Acquired and led a Level 3 OISC-regulated immigration firm
💻 LearnDirect (UK) – Managed a £1.5M annual contract teaching ICT and employability to adults
🎓 Spinnaker College & Maypole House School (UK) – Built inclusive, values-based education environments
🌐 Cross-continental experience – Fieldwork and speaking across Côte d’Ivoire, Zambia, Botswana, South Africa, and the DRC
My Work Is Guided By:

Championing access to knowledge and opportunity for underserved communities — from classrooms in Lincolnshire to rural schools in Nigeria.
Enterprise for Social Impact
Leveraging business tools, consulting, and farming to solve real problems — not just for profit, but for people and planet.
Equity & Inclusion
Ensuring that every voice is heard — in immigration law, economic development, and the AfCFTA movement.
